When it comes to challenges, we always think about jumping into the BIG stuff first to get FAST results.
Then we wonder why it doesn’t stick.
Like losing 15lbs in a week only to gain it back a month later.
Since you jumped to the top right away, you didn’t establish habits that hold you up…so you fall.
The foundation needs to be intact in order to achieve your goals, long term.
Like a pyramid.
The 21 Day Challenge is like a pyramid. Let me explain.
First, we start at the base (Week 1): Getting up, getting dressed, spend some me time. Eating breakfast, moving your body.
Next, the middle (Week 2): Start building and analyzing your habits…(see below).
Last, the top (Week 3): The top is where you can look at all you have accomplished, feel safe, have more clarity and start looking at your life differently. What do you want to do? What is your “One Big Thing”?
Cat’s 21 Day Challenge, Day 6 – Move it!
Cat’s 21 Day Challenge, Day 6: One of the topics that is near and dear to my heart. Do you know what it is?
Cat’s 21 Day Challenge, Day 7 – No Makeup?
Cat’s 21 Day Challenge, Day 7: I decided to put myself out there and wear no makeup to make a point. Fresh face, same attitude 🙂
Cat’s 21 Day Challenge, Day 8 – The power of connection.
Cat’s 21 Day Challenge, Day 8: If you have been a follower of mine for awhile, you know I talk about this topic A LOT. It’s one of the things I’ve made as my life’s mission. Take a listen and see how you can make a difference.
Cat’s 21 Day Challenge, Day 9 – Do you really need it?
Cat’s 21 Day Challenge, Day 9: Now that we are spending a lot of time at home, I talk about the one thing that could be hurting your quality of life…and ask you to track it.
You are all up to speed now…and it still isn’t too late to join me tonight at 7:30 CST.
No matter what, you are the queen of your own pyramid..but you have to build it yourself. There are no shortcuts here. It takes hard work and self-love to achieve the happiness you deserve.
What do you think so far?
I love ya!
