Cat Cantrill was trying to find a place where she could dance, she grew up dancing and missed it. All she could find was your typical adult dance studios that offered classes like jazz, ballet, and tap. Cat didn’t want that, she wanted something else. Cat took the plunge and decided to open up her own dance and fitness studio in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Cat realizes what dance, lipstick, small goals, and permission can do for women and launches a program called “Secret Wardrobe.”
“When I opened Vitality, my goal was to empower, inspire and help women start loving themselves and their bodies. Women started asking me my story, and how Vitality was born. Women couldn’t believe that I too was once insecure; with low self-esteem and hated my body. I realized that I needed to help more women – those who can’t come to Vitality; so I took my knowledge and created a program called “Secret Wardrobe”. Students have been using this program and transformations are happening. Website will be launch on April 15th. I cannot wait to share it with you!”
